SELEUCIS and PIERIA, Raphanea. Severus Alexander. As Caesar, AD 222. Æ (22.5mm, 9.50 g, 6h). Bareheaded and draped bust right / Turreted male figure standing left, holding patera and cornucopia; eagles flanking, bull at feet. BMC 4; SNG Copenhagen –; Lindgren III 1210 var. (star in exergue). VF, earthen green patina. Scarce city and very rare issue for Severus Alexander. Only one in CoinArchives.
